What are we looking for?

Our innovative and growing company is hiring a Supply Chain Intern at Iceye Spain office in Jumilla. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Funciones del puesto

Tasks

Process purchasing requests into purchase orders, maintaining communication with suppliers and internal customers, from order placement to receipt, to ensure schedules are met
Monitoring inventory and preparing orders to refill stock
Forecasting future inventory requirements
Help with inbound/outbound logistics functions
Support Logistics team with general duties of planning, scheduling, and purchasing inventory
Assist in the organization and analysis of RFQ’s for logistics & transportation services
Support and act as backup for other team members in their tasks
Participate in supplier and internal team meetings
Controlling flows of equipment and supplies
Reporting to management and advising on process improvements
Supporting the ERP implementation
Managing data in ERP after implementation
