A company in the agrochemical sector is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join itsadministration department.
Profile
We seek a recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field,
eager to start a career in an international environment. A B2 level of English is required,
along with proficiency in computer applications. The ideal candidate is responsible,
trustworthy, organized, and eager to learn.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Advanced English (B2 or higher).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Professionalism, ethical commitment, and a positive attitude.
Work Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Rotating remote work days
Funciones del puesto
Responsibilities Provide clerical and accounting support to the finance department.
Record financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
Assist in managing invoices, purchases, expenses and preparing reports.
Maintain accounting databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Identify and report financial discrepancies to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with accounting best practices and company policies.
