We are looking for an extremely driven and ambitious Market Launcher to spearhead our growth, establish our presence, and build relationships with top real estate professionals in key territories. As a Market Launcher, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of Huspy into new cities in Spain (and then Europe). You will act as a strategist, operator, and relationship-builder—working closely with our CEO & Deputy CEO, leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a successful launch. This role requires a mix of operations, sales, business development, and project management skills.Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city—expect frequent travel and hands-on work in different locations.

Market Expansion & StrategyDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch Huspy in new cities.
Analyze local real estate market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Identify high-potential agents and teams that align with our business model.
Determine local licensing, compliance, and operational requirements for launching.
Business Development & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-producing real estate agents.
Lead outreach efforts via cold calls, emails, networking events, and in-person meetings.
Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our value proposition.
Drive agent adoption and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
Product & Technology Collaboration
Work closely with the Product Team to provide market-specific insights that enhance our platform’s features and ensure we remain best-in-market.
Gather feedback from local agents to inform UX improvements, automation needs, and new integrations.
