We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our IT team, supporting initiatives mainly in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) occasionally. This internship offers hands-on experience with enterprise systems, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and IT.Funciones del puesto
• Assist in optimizing SCM and PLM systems (OpCenter, SAP IBP, SAP ERP)• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for product and supply chain master data.
• Support OpCenter upgrades, new installations and most common issues.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather feedback on tool functionalities, how it is used and translate it into possible unused functions and actionable system enhancements.
• Document business processes, system workflows, and user requirements.
• Train super-users on new functions and/or enhancements if found and developed.
• Help troubleshoot system issues and support end-user training and documentation.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT.
